AS A TREATMENT : Apply generously to the hair, coating from root to tip. Leave for 10-20 minutes. Rinse out .

AS A LEAVE IN FEED : Warm smaller amount into hands, smoothing sparingly from root to tip. No need to wash out .

AS A PRE– SHAMPOO NOURISHING FEED : Apply very generously to the hair. Cover with a cap. Leave for at least 20 minutes . Wash out with a moisture building shampoo.
